• Please note:  some tops and bottoms have been made unavailable in size XS due to high exchange rates and we are a small business focused on reducing waste
• Rule of thumb: if it’s adjustable, is available in size XS
• IF YOU MEASURE INTO XS and the suit is not available, feel free to message us and we can possibly offer that suit is XS

• TIP:  as our fabric is a high performance fabric with muscle control and shape retention, we do recommend if you measure between sizes and would like a less “compressive” fit, we recommend sizing up (specifically is cheeky coverage bottoms 
• TOPS TIP: if the top is adjustable, we recommend choosing a size with your cup measurement in mind, rather than just full bust.  Have a smaller band size but a larger cup size?  Sizing up in an adjustable top will give you cup coverage with a fully adjustable band size to fit you best.

How to take your measurements

Bust: Measure the fullest part of your bust

Waist: Measure the smallest part of your waist

Hip hips: Measure along your hip bones, usually 3-4 inches below your waist

Torso: Measure from the shoulder down to the crotch, through the crotch and back up to the shoulder

Model Sizing Reference 

We know that even with using sizing charts, it can still be difficult to find your true fit, and many people fall between sizes.  Thats why we have created a model reference, for you to get a better idea of what sizes are your best fit.  

• As each suit is made-to-order, NO we do not offer returns.  HOWEVER, we do offer exchanges.

• All suits are available for exchange!  Your welcome to exchange for another size, coverage, pattern, or colour/print 
• POLICY:  you MUST reach out to Offset Swim within TEN DAYS of local+postal delivery and TEN BUSINESS days of your order being available for local pick up.
• Anything outside of this window will NOT be accepted 
• HOWEVER: Again, as each suit is made-to-order, so are exchanges
• LIMIT:  due to being a small business and hand making each suit, this year we will be implementing a ONE EXCHANGE PER PIECE policy.  That means if you buy a top and bottom, you’re welcome to each both ONCE.  However, we will not be offering multiple exchanges following.  
  
  Please note: all exchanges will be completed following fulfillment release orders. This means you may wait a few weeks until I am able to fulfill your exchange

• As each suit is handmade, damages or imperfections may occur upon delivery or early wearing.  If any structural damages are observed please message us with a photo to show damage.  We will be happy to exchange or replace your suit if it falls within our guidelines! 
• Please note:  damages due to improper care (ie: washing care) are NOT covered by us.  Please ensure to review or care recommendations. 

• We recommend handwashing your suit in cold water and simply hanging to dry indoors.
• We DO NOT RECOMMEND: machine washing, washing in hot water, tumble drying. 
• When machine washing and tumble drying you risk additional damage to your suit like: chemical reactions with stain removers, chemical reactions with chlorine+detergents in hot water, other colours leaking into your vibrant suit, or anything metal snagging and ripping your suit like bra clasps
• As mentioned: Offset is not responsible or able to assist you in any ways due to these damages

• As we are a small one women run business that’s easy, just message me! 
• Preferred route: instagram message including the name that is in your order, as well as the specific details of what you would like to exchange 
• Email is absolutely an option as well but may result in a few days delayed response

• as I am a small business, we do not have the capabilities to purchase return labels for you. Therefore to RETURN orders, as well as RESHIP orders, customers are responsible for covering costs
• During the exchange process, Offset Swim will support you throughout the process however we can.

• Our swimwear is made from a premium recycled fabric created from regenerated nylon. It’s produced using recovered materials such as discarded fishing nets and other nylon waste that are cleaned, recycled, and transformed into high-performance yarn.
