Returns/ Exhanges

 Offset Swim does NOT offer returns as each piece is handmade-to-order.  However, we offer exchanges for other sizes.
 

Exchanges will be offered if Offset Swim is contacted 7 days following LOCAL delivery or 14 days following dispatch of POSTAL deliveries.

 

Offset swim wants to ensure you have a piece and size that you love and feel comfortable in.  We understand that once you are home and try your piece on, exchanges may be necessary. 

To be eligible for an exchange, Offset Swim must be contacted within outlined times above as well as be returned;

• unused
• unwashed
• with tags and sanitary sticker attached and intact

 

Offset Swim MUST be contacted with 7 days Local Delivery/pickup, or 14 days postal delivery in order to be eligible for exchanges.  

 

Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks to complete returns as all returns will also be made-to-order.  Please be advised that customer will be responsible for return and reshipment costs.
