Returns/ Exhanges

 Offset Swim does NOT offer returns as each piece is handmade-to-order.  However, we offer exchanges for other sizes.

All suits are available for exchange!  Your welcome to exchange for another size, coverage, pattern, or colour/print 

POLICY:  you MUST reach out to Offset Swim within TEN DAYS of local+postal delivery and TEN BUSINESS days of your order being available for local pick up.

Anything outside of this window will NOT be accepted 

HOWEVER: Again, as each suit is made-to-order, so are exchanges

LIMIT:  due to being a small business and hand making each suit, this year we will be implementing a ONE EXCHANGE PER PIECE policy.  That means if you buy a top and bottom, you’re welcome to each both ONCE.  However, we will not be offering multiple exchanges following.   

Offset swim wants to ensure you have a piece and size that you love and feel comfortable in.  We understand that once you are home and try your piece on, exchanges may be necessary. 

Shipping?  

If you selected postal delivery please be advised of our return policy:

  • Offset Swim is not responsible for return/redelivery of exchanges 
  • Please contact Offset to confirm you would like to complete and exchange 
  • You are responsible for postal arrangements as well as fees to exchange piece/pieces 
  • Once Offset receives your exchange, or confirmation that exchange is in transit, a new suit will be sent to you
  • please be advised, Offset Swim is not responsible for reshipment fees of exchange, and these may also be billed to you

Exchange Guidelines 


To be eligible for an exchange, Offset Swim must be contacted within outlined times above as well as be returned;
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • with tags and sanitary sticker attached and intact

Offset Swim MUST be contacted with 10 business days Local pickup, or 10 days postal+local delivery in order to be eligible for exchanges.  

 
Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks to complete returns as all returns will also be made-to-order.  Please be advised that customer will be responsible for return and reshipment costs.
